It was more than just a crush!
When many young people get emotional attractions, its zeroed down to just a mere crush. But for Enock and Florence it was more than that as evidenced in their love story.
The duo that met way back in 2004 during coaching at Mengo and later catching up when Florence’s family ended up moving to Enock’s neighborhood didn’t not actually end at that.
They got more lucky when they ended up in the same college at the university which even made the possibilities of their love become a reality.
Florence revealed that that’s when they got to share contacts and Enock text each day from then.
They took advantage of the “dark night” for their first date at Oasis mall and since then, they never looked back.
Enock proposed on 26.11.16 and Florence revealed that she didn’t see it coming because Enock disguised it for a photo shoot, chose her a dress and told her to book the photographer for the evening.
“When it was time for the shoot, he didn’t pick my call which made me so mad but later he got back to me and told he was sorry but we were not having the shoot. He told that he had a change of plan and we were to catch a movie. But since he had booked a late movie, he suggested that we first have dinner and as we entered the restaurant, the waiters came towards us singing and handed him the ring, he got on his knee and proposed to me. The ring was all three diamond. Oh I was so excited….” Florence narrated.
We were privileged to document the wedding moments for these sweethearts on 22.2.2019 when they exchanged vows at Namirembe Cathedral and later treated their guests to a fun filled reception at Serena,Kigo in an occasion that was graced by family and friends who witnessed to the love between the couple.
Indeed love is the most powerful emotion.
Enock and Florence, may you both reside in each other’s heart and may your dreams be tied the way you both are.
