Ferdinand & Sylvia

Once upon a time, there was a lakefront wedding. Right by the shores of Lake Victoria on a beautiful Saturday morning congregated family and friends as they witnessed the marital union of Ferdinand and Sylvia.

The day was highlighted with so many memorable, irresistible and emotional moments. Minutes to the start of the ceremony, Sylvia receives a touching message that makes her break down in tears. While we thought Ferdinand could hold it together, he too couldn’t help but shed tears at the first glance of his wife to be, looking spectacular in an elegant ruffled gown. For a split second we all got lost in the moment with them.

Down the floral aisle, walked first the ‘groom squad’ led by a security pageboy clutching a ring security box.

“I dare you to come close to this box,” his face read.

Who would dare? It turns out no one did.

Later, on their feet, the congregation welcomed the gorgeous bride as she was led to the altar. The couple exchanged vows before the Priest announced them as Mr. and Mrs Kigundu.

What followed was a photo session in the lush green gardens at Munyonyo Speke resort and a reception at the same venue.

Ferdinand and Sylvia treated their guests to a real Parttttttyyyy. Young and old, the music left nobody seated. Peformance from Bebe Cool got old bones pulling strokes like they were 20 again.  How could we forget Ferdinand’s homies from SMACK…? They had the house on fire!
